Super easy to order and loved that the try on option looked realistic. They are good quality and I actually really like the glasses, themselves. Shipping took a few days longer than the email said, but that's not the end of the world. The only issue I really have/had is that the one lense completely throws off my vision and almost makes me feel like I'm going cross-eyed in the eye lol. I eventually adjust and it's fine but I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. I gave the proper prescription and apparently received the proper one, so maybe my optometrist was wrong ????♀️. Who knows. Either way, I'd recommend giving Kits a chance.
Awesome! Start to finish! Thanks!!

Fast shipping, great customer service, great products! I made a mistake in my pupil distance and my glasses were extremely blurry and unusable. I reached out to Kits, thinking I’d have to pay a fee, since it was my mistake, but they offered to fix my order free of charge. They promptly sent me a new shipping label and I sent my glasses back. Within 3 days they had the new ones on the way. Thank you so much Kits, for being such an amazing company, and having such great customer service.
Fast and great quality great price. It surprised me beyond any expectations
Excellent courteous and efficient service. Glasses ready in 3 days.

My primary problem: your try-on feature is pretty horrible. I checked out a lot of sites, and of the ten or so I looked at, only you and one other have a non-3D implementation of "try on," where basically the glasses are just superimposed (more often than not crookedly) on the face, with no reference to PD or face size. I went with you despite this, because of amazing pricing, good policies and reputation, and some glasses that I really thought I liked.
But because I couldn't accurately tell what they would look like on me, they were a fail. I'm going to return them and hopefully exchange them for something better, but kind of feel like I'm shooting in the dark as opposed to almost all the other sites, which have more sophisticated technology that really give you a feel for what glasses will look like (see, e.g., Zenni).
That said, you have good prices, I had a good experience with your rep today on chat, and am hopeful. It's just frustrating, and if this next pair doesn't work, I'm just going to insist on a full refund.
Given the clientele you seem to be marketing to (upscale, urbane, etc.), really think you should upgrade your clunky site. Maybe add an app as well?
Thanks much.
This is a very mixed review. The customer service was impeccable, there was such a fast response to any questions that I had it was great. The only problem late in the fact that they have a very limited range of lenses that they can produce. When I sent him my prescription I was told it was out of that range, I’m so disappointed! I have never seen a pair of finish glasses from them but from what I’ve experienced in customer service they’re fantastic, I just wish I wasn’t so blind????♀️
I ordered my prescription sunglasses over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my order!
Frames arrived damaged, prescription was completely wrong. Customer service was slow to respond yet did make solid attempts to fix the issue after some fumbling.
Expect to be ran around a bit for the return process. Hopefully their products and service improve but for now, head to a real store.
It seemed easy enough to order my new glasses. I have a different prescription in each eye, I need progressive lenses in my one lens. I was told they would be $199 but with the $99 off they would be $99. So I ordered them. I later received them and the lens with the progressive prescription was twice as thick as the lens without the progressive. I called them back I even sent a picture of my old glasses with the metal frame where both lenses were the same thickness. I was told they would get in touch with me, so I waited a week and then I called them back. I then talked to a gentleman who told me the only way to get the thinner lens was to buy the thinner progressive lens for $199 I told him I already paid an extra $99 for the progressive and he said that was for the frame only and that the lens would be $199 if I wanted it thinner. So I just told them I'm not paying the $199 for the extra progressive thin lens just to make the glasses the way they're going to make them and I'll just keep them and I'll just wear them around the house. Turned out to not be the greatest experience.
Product was not available like said after I purchased. Then wasn’t notified about delay until I called inquiring. Not the best experience!!!
Everything is great except the lens. I have chosen the basic lens which doesn't prevent UV light. My eyes feel tired easily. I will recommend skipping the basic lens if you have a lot of reading on the computer or long-term staying in a bright environment. I have to change the lens or buy a new one.
My first pair of glasses from kits. My wire frames are really sturdy and well made. Also I am very happy with the lenses.
